Availability 

The 2023 season is finished and while cool season hardy plants are tucked in for the winter, all other field beds are put to rest to reenergize for next year.    

Our harvest increased substantially in this our fourth year and we continue to learn more about producing efficiently, growing varieties that are in demand AND selling collectively. 

Last season's additions, including drip irrigation, a walk in cooler built out of an old horse stall AND 80' hoophouse for season extension aided in improving our availability. This year, we also added a perennial woody bed.
